Where we deliver

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. International shipping is available on request — WhatsApp us at +91 81685 31987 for a quote.

Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999: flat ₹79 shipping.
Cash on Delivery: available on most pin codes; a small COD fee of ₹49 applies. COD orders are confirmed by call/WhatsApp before dispatch.

Timelines

Dispatch: in-stock items ship within 1–3 working days. Made-to-order and customised pieces take 7–10 working days.
Delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch for most cities; remote areas may take a little longer.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or festivals.

Safe & insured packaging

Every order is weighed, quality-checked and packed in a tamper-proof, sealed box with the purity card.
All shipments are insured in transit. If the parcel arrives tampered or damaged, do not accept it — or accept it only after recording an unboxing video — and inform us within 48 hours.

Tracking

You will receive the tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order ships. You can also check status under Track Order.

Address & delivery attempts

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. The courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts; parcels returned to us as undelivered can be re-shipped on payment of re-shipping charges, or refunded (minus shipping) for prepaid orders.
