Welcome to Shinova Jewel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from shinovajewel.com you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Shinova Jewel is a silver jewellery brand based at Shop No. 1, Rajmahal Complex, Opp. PLA Market, Hisar, Haryana 125001, Haryana, India. Our jewellery is crafted in 925 sterling silver unless a product page says otherwise.

2. Products, purity & weight

• All products are made of 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver) unless stated. Some pieces may carry rhodium, gold or oxidised finishes as described on the product page.
• Silver weight, stone details and dimensions are mentioned on each product page. Minor variation (±0.5 g) in weight and slight differences in colour due to photography and screens are natural and not considered defects.
• Handcrafted pieces may show small irregularities that are part of their character.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Prices may change without notice as silver rates fluctuate; the price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available). Prepaid orders are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
• In the rare case of a pricing or stock error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.

4. Orders & cancellation

• An order is confirmed only after payment (for prepaid) or telephonic/WhatsApp confirmation (for COD).
• You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Customised or engraved orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in bulk for resale, or cannot be verified.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, images, logos and content on this website belong to Shinova Jewel and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by courier partners, weather or events beyond our control.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hisar, Haryana.
